FAQ

What makes The Gaia Project prints special?

Our limited-edition prints are high-quality printed artwork. Every purchase comes with a  Certificate of Authenticity that's been numbered and signed by the photographer.

What makes them even more special is that we donate all the proceeds to NGOs who work fiercley in nature conservation, protection of human rights and animal welfare.

When you buy one of our photography, we refund ourselves only the cost of printing and shipping.

You will receive with your order a detailed receipt with the exact amount we plan to donate to the selected NGO.

We will change these beneficiaries every trimester or so (depending on the collected funds).

By buying one of our prints, you brighten your walls and bring down others, by helping those who fight to make a change !

What do the sizes mean ?

Sizes listed indicate the size of the image in centimeters and inches.

There is a margin only on our FineArt prints. The sizes indicated are the size of the image, not the paper. Those margins vary depending on the proportions of the image, and margins will change with differently sized images.

If you'd like a specific image with margin dimensions, shoot us an email at hellogaiaproject@gmail.com

What are the printing techniques you use ?

We have a selection of three kinds of printing materials :

- Photo paper, Fuji DP II Paper (250gr) or equivalent,

- Photo paper laminated on a 2 mm Dibond plate ( Dibond is made with two thin layers of aluminium on the sides and one layer of polyethylene to the center)

- Fine Art Paper, Hahnemühle Museum Etching Paper (350gr) or equivalent a natural white cotton art paper with an inkjet coating specially optimised for Fine Art printing used with Lucia pigment Ink.

Which currency do you use ?

All of the prices listed on our website are in euros (EUR).  If you’d like to convert the prices to your country’s currency with the most up-to-date conversion rate, there are tons of currency converters available online.

Will my art look exactly as it does online?

Computers are often calibrated differently, so the color of our art as seen online may vary ever so slightly depending on the color reproduction of a given computer screen. Computer screens are also lit from behind, which can sometimes give a false brightness to an image that varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

In order to provide the absolute best service, we ship orders as soon as we can, and we depend, of course, on the photo lab we work with.
