Antsiranana, is the capital city of the Diégo Suarez province, and its yellow tuk-tuks are one of the main means of transport. You can often see up to seven or eight people barging out of it. They are efficient enough to sneak through a dense traffic. Between trucks, carts, buses, and competing with the antique Renault 4L taxis, still going strong on the streets of these colonial cities.
