Sunset from Elim Dune at the Namib-Naukluft National Park offers a great contrast between red dunes on the west side and the Naukluft blue mountains on the east that gradually fade away with the last rays of sunshine. The primary source of water to the Namib is fog, meaning fauna and flora inhabiting the region have become desert-adapted in order to survive with limited water supplies.
